Job Summary
Track and Field Coach
Lincoln Middle School
2025-2026
Lincoln Middle School is seeking applicants for Track and Field coachs for the upcomingTrack and Field season. This position supports LMS students in achieving success both athletically and academically.
Responsibilities
Effectively teach and develop fundamental track & field skills techniques and strategies.
Plan organize conduct and evaluate practice sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of training plans and event-specific instruction.
Serve as a leader mentor and role model for student-athletes.
Collaborate with the full coaching staff to build a cohesive and competitive program.
Attend all practices and meets
Compensation
Compensation is provided through a coaching stipend and is determined based on available funding.
