McGrath Evanston Subaru is looking to grow our Sales team. We proudly represent Subaru on Chicagos North Shore and are committed to delivering an exceptional and transparent buying experience aligned with the Subaru Love Promise. Certainly an exciting time to for Subaru. Completely redesigned Outback two hybrids Forester and Crosstrek. Along with adding two new EVs the Trailseeker and Uncharted.

What You Will Do
- Engage showroom phone and internet sales leads
Respond to inbound leads quickly via CRM phone text and email
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Build value in new and pre-owned Subaru inventory
Maintain strong follow-up process to generate repeat and referral business
Utilize CRM software to track prospects activities and pipeline
Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) managers to finalize transactions
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain expert knowledge of Subaru products trim levels warranties and technology
Deliver a transparent customer-focused buying experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced commission-driven environment
Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Availability to work flexible retail hours including some evenings and weekends
