McGrath Evanston Subaru is growing and seeking driven Automotive Sales Consultants who are ready to build a high-income career in a fast-paced customer-focused dealership. What You Will Do

  • Engage showroom phone and internet sales leads

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly via CRM phone text and email

  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives

  • Build value in new and pre-owned Subaru inventory

  • Maintain strong follow-up process to generate repeat and referral business

  • Utilize CRM software to track prospects activities and pipeline

  • Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) managers to finalize transactions

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

  • Maintain expert knowledge of Subaru products trim levels warranties and technology

  • Deliver a transparent customer-focused buying experience from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Automotive sales experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced commission-driven environment

  • Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred

  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record

  • Availability to work flexible retail hours including some evenings and weekends
