What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities from a dispatch center.
• Monitor CCTV alarms access control activity and radio traffic; dispatch officers and/or maintenance contacts as needed; document calls for service incident details and shift activity in required logs and systems.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating notifications relaying accurate information to responding personnel and supporting evacuation and/or shelter guidance when directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around building common areas parking areas and the perimeter when assigned and report maintenance concerns hazards and/or policy violations to property management.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive activity by verifying credentials assisting with visitor processing and maintaining a professional presence at a commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
