Brief Description:
Based in West Heidelberg the Strategy Impact and Partnerships Lead - Community Legal Services is a new leadership role created to in the context of a growing community legal program at Holstep Health.

YOUR NEW ROLE:
The Strategy Impact and Partnerships Lead- Community Legal Services provides leadership in monitoring evaluation and impact measurement service development partnerships and evidence-based practice to ensure programs deliver meaningful outcomes for communities and demonstrate clear value to funders partners and stakeholders.

The role champions the use of data research and community insights to inform best-practice service design continuous improvement systemic advocacy and policy influence. It leads key projects across Community Legal Services mentors and supports staff in project delivery and fosters a strong culture of learning reflection and collaboration. The Strategy Impact and Partnerships Lead also represents Community Legal Services externally and contributes to program communications in partnership with Marketing and Communications.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Lead the implementation of the West Heidelberg Community Legal monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework ensuring its consistent application across Community Legal Programs and regularly review and update the framework to reflect evolving organisational priorities context partnerships and lessons learned.

Drive service development and growth including supporting new funding opportunities partnerships and strategic growth avenues aligned with organisational priorities.

Support the Manager Community legal Services with program reporting and other contractual requirements.

Prepare high quality submissions impact reports and briefing papers that clearly articulate outcomes learnings and the value of Community Legal Services.

Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners funders sector bodies and community organisations.

Oversee the systemic collection analysis sharing and use of internal and external evidence-based research to inform best-practice service design continuous improvement and funding advocacy.

Lead the Community Legal Services strategic planning process and monitor the implementation of the Community Legal Program Strategic Plan in alignment with Holstep Healths Strategic Directions.

In collaboration with Holstep Health Marketing and Communications assist with aspects of Community Legal Program communications (website newsletter marketing collateral).

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Demonstrated experience in monitoring evaluation and impact measurement frameworks including outcomes measurement and reporting to funders.

Experience in leading or contributing to strategic planning processes and delivering outcomes in line with organisational vision and objectives.

Demonstrated ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.

Well developed organisational skills including the ability to work with minimal supervision show appropriate initiative and to be able to effectively manage competing demands.

Familiarity with continuous quality improvement and capacity to lead the planning and evaluation of projects and service activities.

Flexible and proactive with strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage competing demands prioritise tasks and solve problems.

Excellent verbal written and presentation communication skills including experience in delivering presentations drafting submissions and reports.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
