As a Business Development Manager at Atlantic Access Ltd you will spearhead growth by identifying new market opportunities and closing high-value deals across the UK and EU. You will manage the full sales cycle from outbound lead generation to strategic follow-ups ensuring consistent revenue growth and long-term client success within diverse industrial channels.

What you will do:

  • Represent the company at international trade events and client meetings across the UK and EU to build strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven track record in selling both physical products and professional services with a focus on high-value contract closures.

  • Strong self-discipline in outbound sales rhythms including high weekly volumes and sophisticated tracking of follow-up sequences.

  • Full right to work in the UK and a willingness to travel extensively to engage with stakeholders in European territories.
