As the Events Lead at Saturnos you will build and scale our events engine from the ground up. You will curate in-person communities own end-to-end execution of high-stakes workshops and define the playbook for a UK market leader. This is a high-impact role blending operational excellence with the creative pursuit of greatness.

What you will do:

Build and maintain the global events playbook standardizing venue sourcing budgeting and end-to-end logistics for repeatable programs.
Collaborate directly with Product and Partnerships teams to align workshops and community events with the technical roadmap.
Recruit and lead a specialized events team establishing high-quality templates and training standards to scale the Saturn community.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses 37 years of experience delivering high-quality B2B events member communities or workshops in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrates exceptional operational excellence and great taste in creating curated high-end experiences that serve as a product.
Has a proven track record of stakeholder management and the ability to track rigorous KPIs to measure event success and impact.
