Job description:

About the Role:
We are actively looking for 1 part time out of hours scheduler to work on our United Utilities contract.
A 5 week rota is provided and due to business needs you may need to work during the week on a Bank Holiday or longer hours during the weekend.
It is essential to be flexible before applying.
Location:United Utilities building Haweswater House Lingley Mere Great Sankey Warrington.
Hours:16-24 hours per week
Salary:12.97 per hour
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Contacting customers via telephone and email providing them with information
- Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information
- Navigating our in-house software updating internal systems.
- Handing over of works to other departments in an efficient manner.
- Deal with customer complaints resolving in a timely manner.
- Liaising with internal departments and our field-based teams.
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face)
- Positive can-do attitude team player
- Competent in IT accurate data entry and good keyboard skills
