Job Summary
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Support the creation of engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook Instagram)
- Assist in copywriting for online posts promotions campaigns and product communication
- Help create presentations and support the organization of product webinars and promotion videos
- Monitor online channels reviews and comments and help respond to community feedback
- Work closely with different internal teams to ensure brand consistency
Event Management
- Support the planning and execution of internal and external events (team meetings press events leader events etc.)
- Assist with event promotion and communication
- Contribute creative ideas for event formats and marketing activities
Public Relations & Communication
- Support cooperation with external agency
- Assist in creating press releases and PR materials
- Help update and adapt offline marketing materials (banners translations etc.)
Administrative & Creative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
- Organize presentations schedules and internal documents
- Support content creation using Canva (visuals for social media presentations etc.)
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing Communication Media Business Events or a similar field
- You are available 20 hours per week
- You have a strong interest in social media digital marketing and events
- German and English language skills are required (both written & spoken)
- First experience with social media content creation or marketing tools is a plus
- Canva skills are a plus
- You are hands-on well organized reliable and detail-oriented
- You enjoy working in a team are communicative and proactive
- You are eager to learn adaptable and comfortable in a fast-changing environment
- You enjoy presenting content and working with different stakeholders
