The Revenue Integrity Charge Capture Analyst serves as subject matter expert of revenue integrity and revenue cycle functions including registration eligibility verification coding billing and charge reconciliation for assigned service line areas. It also involves monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and reduce revenue leakage. The position provides feedback education and support for change management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve charging practices. Additionally it coordinates with both local and central services for payer audit and appeals processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required preferably in business or healthcare
  • Coding certification (CPC CCS CCS-P COC) or certification in auditing/healthcare compliance required required
  • Minimum five years of experience in hospital and professional billing healthcare revenue integrity or billing operations
  • Experience leading projects or process improvements around revenue cycle functions.
  • Experience with clinical documentation and coding including strong knowledge around CPT HCPCS ICD10-CM/PCS revenue codes and code assignment

Hours:

Full time (40 hours)

Day Shift

No weekends

Location: Remote

Salary Range: Minimum 23.02/hour - Maximum 36.83/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
