Job Summary
Join our team at Holiday Inn Lakefront - Detroit Lakes MN as a Bartender where you will craft exceptional beverages and provide outstanding customer service to our guests. As a key member of our hospitality staff you will be responsible for crafting drinks maintaining the bar area and ensuring guests have a memorable experience during their visit creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring a memorable experience for every patron.

The Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age of guests.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide seamless service.
The Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a related hospitality role preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with bartending.
- Must be at least the minimum legal drinking age and adhere to all laws regarding alcohol service.
