Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Coordinate end-to-end release cycles for new features and improvements
- Facilitate effective communication by scheduling and coordinating meetings preparing and distributing meeting minutes and managing action items
- Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility
- Collaborate with various resources in multiple locations and time zones.
- Ensure risks and issues are identified tracked and escalated
- Identify and document detailed requirements as required for initiatives
- Assist in platform testing and review of configurations and new developments
- Support process improvement initiatives across the organization
- Stay updated on evolving business needs to refine and optimize the platform accordingly
- Ensure best practice/Industry standards (set by Citco) are being followed
- Ensure proper organization and access management for digital resources
- Contribute to data-driven insights for informed decision-making
- Foster a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and excellence
Qualifications
About You:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 5 years in Project Management experience with demonstrated responsibility and ownership of projects preferably in financial domain
- Experience collaborating with a team distributed across the globe
- Self-starter who can demonstrate taking initiative and ownership in current role
- Proven time management capabilities
- Excellent communication organizational and presentation skills
- Advanced MS Office suite skills in particular Excel PowerPoint & Outlook
- Assets/nice-to-haves:
- Experience in the fund administration industry
- PMP Certification
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with BPM tools Visio SmartSheet Qlik PowerBI Databricks
Understanding of how BPM CRM and BI tools operate
