Analyst Supply Chain Finance Customer Service & Logistics
Strategic partnering
Partner with various stakeholders to identify & develop cost optimization strategies across transportation network
Foster cross functional partnerships with branch logistics teams to embed best practices and drive system efficiencies
Conduct granular cost analysis segmenting expenditures at each cost head level to generate strategic insights and support decision-making
Support robust governance & control framework ensuring end to end integrity compliance & hygiene across all logistics operations.
Driving working capital efficiency by optimizing DIOH
Support digitalization of logistics operations through adoption of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other advanced digital tools.
Financial reporting & reviews
Conduct granular analysis of primary secondary and warehousing expenditures to identify strategic cost efficiencies
Maintain robust financial reporting accuracy (e.g. provisions balance sheet reviews) ensuring timely and precise information for leadership and audit readiness
Prior Experience:
Demonstrate a minimum of 3-6 plus years of hands-on experience in supply chain finance/Finance business partnering role.
Showcase a proven track record of successfully working in a large corporate environment highlighting experience with the complexities and scale of operations
Experience in managing business partnerships and stakeholder relationships emphasizing the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments within the organization.
Qualification

Liaising with CSNL teams
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good business acumen for problem solving
Competency with large ERP systems
Very good Excel skills
Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
