Responsibilities:

The Payroll Specialist will work with accounting and payroll partners in all regions- maintain database control information and instructions.

Payroll reconciliation with bank accounts including analysis control and record

Support global markets employees and managers with prioritization and questions

Update and maintain tracking of processes in connection with payments and related

information

Compliance methodologies and requirements follow-ups

Work with accounting and payroll partners in all regions

Manage and review Tume and Attendance including analysis

Lead local registration processes and control the companys policies and enrollment

Entering bank payments and extracting bank sheets as backup

Internal and external work interfaces:

Working with accounting and payroll partners in all regions mainly EPM (European Partner Market)

Working with the Finance HQ department

Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience in a multinational company
Highly proficient in English - must
Acquaintance with NetSuite ERP Systems - advantage
Accurate and detailed oriented with a high level of analytical and professional skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
High level of independence and self-examination
Able to be in the office twice per week ( in Warsaw )
