Join our team as a Security & Maintenance Technician in Wendell NC.

This is an overnight position.

This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe efficient and high-performing manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

Maintain security of the plant equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
Support production operations including overnight tasks such as plasma cleaning soldering cables and other production-related activities as required.
Conduct inspections and audits for safety emergency preparedness 6S standards and supplies management.
Support overall operations as needed to ensure seamless daily startup and continuous production flow.
Implement and maintain maintenance programs while complying with corporate and legal requirements.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality operational efficiency and team performance.

Requirements:

High school diploma required; Associates degree or technical certificate preferred.
35 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or a related field.
Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on technical skills.
Safety-conscious with EHS knowledge considered a plus.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality operational standards.
