We are currently searching for a QA Test Lead-ETL:

Responsibilities:

• Lead software testing efforts within Agile/Scrum environments ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Execute complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform ETL testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using excellent communication skills to report defects and project status.
• Design and manage test plans focused on data migration and backend processing.
• Interface with financial services stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business compliance and functional needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Lead with a strong focus on SW Testing methodologies.
• Expert-level SQL skills for database validation and data manipulation.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Professional/Advanced).

Desired:

• Experience in the Financial Services industry.
• API Testing experience (Postman SoapUI or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Snowflake and ETL tools.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
