We are currently searching for a Scrum Master:

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) by supporting planning refinement and execution while leading retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and manage project/sprint plans including milestones dependencies and RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues Decisions) with clear status reporting.
• Lead scope definition and requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews workflow reviews and data/process analysis.
• Write and manage user stories with clear acceptance criteria documenting process flows and functional specifications.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to shape solution design assess impacts and coordinate technical dependencies across teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering QA Product Operations Vendors) to deliver capabilities on time tracking metrics like throughput and cycle time.
• Support QA/UAT by preparing test scenarios validating outcomes triaging defects and confirming release readiness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a technical environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical deliverables.
• Expertise in RAID management and proactive risk mitigation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools and tracking delivery metrics (defect trends velocity etc.).
• Ability to lead stakeholder interviews and document complex process flows.

Desired:

• Salesforce experience (highly preferred).
• Experience managing multi-year strategic initiatives alongside BAU (Business As Unusual) enhancements.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
