What you will do
Strategic Analysis & Pricing
Conduct deep market analysis demand trends and competitor pricing strategies
Develop and maintain dynamic pricing models to optimize rates and maximize RevPAR
Create and update demand occupancy and revenue forecasts with high precision
Identify revenue optimization opportunities through historical data analysis and market trends
Channel & Distribution Management
Oversee multi-channel distribution strategy ensuring rate parity
Analyze performance of each channel (OTAs direct corporate groups) and recommend mix
adjustments
Collaborate closely with the Distribution Analyst to optimize visibility and conversion across
all channels
Evaluate cost of acquisition per channel and its impact on net profitability
Performance & Reporting
Generate executive revenue performance reports with actionable insights
Monitor key KPIs: ADR occupancy RevPAR pick-up pace market share
Present competitive analysis and strategic recommendations to Revenue Manager and
leadership
Design dashboards and data visualization tools to facilitate decision-making
Promotions & Commercial Strategies
Design and evaluate effectiveness of promotions special packages and last-minute strategies
Calculate incremental impact of promotional campaigns on total revenue
Propose upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue per guest Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work jointly with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies
Provide market insights to commercial team to support corporate negotiations
Train front desk and reservations teams on revenue management strategies

Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Hospitality Economics or related
field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management preferably in boutique or luxury
hospitality
Proven experience in data analysis forecasting and strategic pricing
Track record of measurable achievements in revenue optimization and KPI improvement
Analytical & Technical Skills
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables complex formulas data modeling macros)
Exceptional ability to analyze large data volumes and extract strategic insights
Critical thinking and ability to identify patterns trends and opportunities
Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable results
Personal Competencies
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) - essential
Excellent communication skills to present complex analysis clearly
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proactivity and autonomy in problem identification and resolution

Technical Skills
Revenue Management Systems
Experience with RMS (Revenue Management Systems) such as IDeaS Duetto Atomize or
Ability to configure and optimize dynamic pricing algorithms
Data Analysis Tools
Advanced Excel (essential)
Experience with visualization tools like Tableau Power BI Data Studio or Google Analytics
SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation (desirable)
Property Management Systems (PMS)
Familiarity with leading PMS systems (Opera Cloudbeds Mews etc.)
Understanding of integration between PMS RMS and Channel Manager
Forecasting Software
Ability to utilize forecasting tools to anticipate demand seasonality and market variables
Experience in building predictive modelsCompetitive Intelligence Platforms
Experience with tools like STR RateGain OTA Insight or similar
Ability to interpret competitive set and market share reports
