岗位职责
1.负责区域人员的安全工作识别安全高能量风险识别提报改进等
1.负责确保制造区域内人员按照工艺文件进行生产积极推进改善提案工作自检记录真实可靠产品质量符合图纸/工艺要求
2.负责工序间及时沟通与相关信息记录
3.审核工艺标准化执行情况
4.现场培训员工的不良行为和技能提高
5.本区域内人员缺岗时临时替岗
6.协助区域内TPM/5S的推进与管理
7.负责区域改善工作
8.对于区域内不能协调的问题及时向主管进行汇报

1. 熟练使用办公软件
2. 具备较强的执行力工作主动责任心强
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力
4. 具备较强的发现和解决问题能力
5. 具备创新意识提升团队改善能力
