Principal Solution Consultant (Organisational Change Management)
Job Summary
We are looking for an Organisational Change Management to shape and progress Versents most strategic transformation opportunities by ensuring the people side of change is designed with the same rigour as the technology solution.
This is a presales-first individual contributor role. You will work across Growth GTM & Pre-Sales and Delivery practices to lead change-led discovery shape solution direction and craft proposals that set clients up for adoption readiness and measurable value realisation. You will also ensure a clean handover into delivery when a deal is secured.
You bring deep hands-on experience leading organisational change management end-to-end: from discovery and impact assessment through stakeholder readiness change planning training and enablement and adoption measurement. Youve personally run change programs across complex multi-stream transformations and understand what it takes to move people processes and culture alongside technology

What you will do
Lead change-led discovery on priority pursuits to clarify outcomes constraints stakeholder context and readiness risks
Shape integrated solution approaches that translate transformation programs into clear people impacts and operating change with assumptions and trade-offs made explicit
Build and deliver executive-ready messaging including a compelling why change why now narrative and clear measures of success
Run presales workshops that create alignment and momentum including stakeholder and sponsor alignment change impact and readiness framing and adoption and value measures
Own the change components of proposals executive briefings and RFP responses including scope deliverables governance assumptions and client obligations that support adoption
Partner with SMEs and delivery leaders on estimation inputs and mobilisation readiness ensuring the solution is feasible and supportable
Conduct structured handovers into delivery teams reducing rediscovery and preserving intent around adoption outcomes and success measures
Contribute to repeatable GTM assets such as talk tracks workshop formats and proposal content that help teams consistently position change as a critical lever for transformation success
Build internal understanding and advocacy for change management across Growth GTM & Pre-Sales and Delivery including common risks and failure modes when change is missing
Provide periodic light-touch QA check-ins on active engagements to validate change plans sequencing governance and adoption and value measures and to flag risks early. This supports delivery quality without taking on ongoing delivery ownership
Mentor and coach Change Managers by sharing practical patterns and giving feedback on key artefacts to build capability and consistency over time
What youll bring
10 years in transformation change management consulting pre-sales solutioning or senior client-facing roles in complex enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience in leading change programs end-to-end across complex transformation engagements covering discovery change impact assessment stakeholder readiness review change plan design and execution training needs analysis enablement delivery and adoption measurement through to BAU
Strong executive engagement and facilitation skills including sponsor alignment and structured communication
Strong proposal writing capability including executive briefs and/or RFP responses
Commercial acumen including value-based solution design risk framing scope and assumptions and contributions to Statements of Work (SoWs)
Ability to work across a matrixed organisation and bring the right SMEs together across Growth GTM & Pre-Sales and Delivery
Change management certification (Prosci ACMP APMG or equivalent)
Experience using AI tools to accelerate presales workflows and/or exposure to AI-enabled transformation and adoption patterns
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in learning operating model assessments and writing business cases to assist Business Strategy Practice Lead with practice capabilities outside of change management
