Tasks
Prepare açaí bowls smoothies toasties and coffee and more with precision and speed
Take orders and guide guests confidently through the menu (with a smile)
Deliver warm natural customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain high presentation standards: every product represents the brand
Keep stations clean organized and fully stocked
Support with inventory checks stock control and daily restocking
Monitor product levels and communicate shortages proactively
Follow all food safety hygiene and operational standards
Work closely with the team to keep operations smooth and efficient
Requirements
Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus (but not a must)
Experience preparing smoothies or açaí is a plus (but not a must)
Youre fast structured and calm under pressure
Naturally friendly and confident with guests (always with a smile and positive attitude)
You care about details and cleanliness
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
