Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer service operations. The role is structured with a workload split between 70% Back Office tasks and 30% Front Office support. The person in this position will be responsible for managing administrative processes accurately processing orders and maintaining highquality data that supports daytoday business activities. A key element of the role includes analyzing data and transforming insights into recommendations that enhance service quality and drive operational excellence.

Location: Curie-Skłodowskiej 12 Wrocław

Work Model: Hybrid (3 office days)

Your responsibilities:

  • Communicating with internal and external customers (by phone and email) regarding product availability order delivery dates deliveryrelated complaints and other service matters.
  • Communicating with logistics carriers (by phone and email) regarding delivery dates returned goods and logisticsrelated complaints.
  • Managing customer orders throughout the entire process.
  • Updating orders as needed including modifying addresses dates warehouses and product quantities.
  • Registering technical complaints (without performing further processing) and issuing credit notes to customers.
  • Handling logistics complaints by analyzing each case issuing credit notes or debit notes and coordinating product returns when required.
  • Organizing the return of goods from customers to the warehouse and ensuring that the process is completed accurately and in a timely manner.


Our requirements

  • Secondary education or higher and/or min.3 years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office environment
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to take ownership of specific area of work
  • Good communication skills
  • Cooperation within the team
  • Conscientiousness
  • Experience in Navision and other ERP environments is a plus
