You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.
How you will contribute
You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy plan measure report and communicate service improvement initiatives and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers evaluate them on-board new vendors establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions purchase orders invoices and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

Youwillcontributetothe design development implementation and serviceoperationssupport of the different solutions and relevant use casesforDigitalManufacturing applications.
What you need to know about this position:
- Engage collaboratively withmanufacturingbusiness stakeholders translating theirrequirements and challengesinto comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
- Ensure thatmanufacturingdeliveredsolutions andservices areoptimizedto meet business demands.
- SupporttheDSFservice operationsbycontributing tostrategy plan measuresreportsand serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions.
- Identifysolutions evaluate themcollaboratewithbusinessand follow-up ondifferent businessrequirements;it requires towork with project resources tocontribute ondesigncollaborateand to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives including code and design reviews to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software and solutions.
- Provide training and continuous support to end-users empowering them to effectively utilizeDSF solutions.
- Work extensively with both internal MDLZ and external teams including architects businessteams and playingakeyrole in project management for both new implementations and enhancements.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing products ensuring theiroptimalfunctionality.

Education / Certifications:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology ora relatedfield.
Job specific requirements:
- Work in an international environment with some travel.
- IOT applications development knowledge AWS design and services knowledgedevelopmentand implementation.
- KnowledgeinAWS platform integration services with applications otherplatformsand automation.
- SAP ECC/S4H Manufacturing modules (PP/PI QM WM IM PM) exposure or knowledgeis a plus.
- Familiarity with Agilemethodology
- Experience in Manufacturing (CPG preferred) processes and systems.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Fluent English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with internal and external partners.
