You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

1. 销售激励计划 负责销售激励方案的设计持续优化执行与跟踪以可持续方式支持公司目标的达成

a)基于业务策略与市场动态设计支持生意发展的激励性方案驱动关键销售行为
b)负责销售激励计划的日常运营流程优化高效完成月度季度和年度考核为销售团队提供可靠支持
c)建立评估体系持续分析方案效果和团队反馈通过数据和洞察持续优化方案有效性
d)确保激励政策的合规性公平性与透明度并建立清晰的沟通机制
e)推动手动流程自动化主导系统升级提升运营效率

2. 销售目标设定和分配执行与监控

1目标制定与分解

a)承接公司战略目标根据公司整体战略规划和年度经营目标结合市场趋势行业动态及企业资源状况拆分具体的销售目标确保销售目标与公司战略方向一致
b)目标细化与量化将年度销售目标按季度月份进行分解明确各阶段的具体目标并结合市场淡旺季新产品等因素合理分配目标权重使目标更具可操作性和可衡量性
c)目标共识与沟通与销售团队成员充分沟通确保团队成员理解达成目标共识激发团队成员的积极性和主动性

2目标执行与监控

a)建立目标跟踪机制制定目标执行的跟踪和监控体系定期跟进分析发现目标执行过程中的问题和偏差
b)过程管理基于销售策略通过定期的销售会议团队沟通等方式协调沟通和调整确保目标的顺利推进
c)风险预警与应对关注市场变化和动态客户需求波动等因素对销售的影响及时进行风险预警并建议应对措施降低影响

3. 数据分析与决策支持 定期生成销售目标达成绩效与激励分析报告整合市场数据提供深度洞察与策略建议

a)制作深度分析报告清晰呈现目标进度激励效能及业务趋势
b)整合分析尼尔森等第三方数据评估市场份额与竞争态势为策略制定提供外部视角
c)将内外数据转化为前瞻性洞察与可行的建议支持销售及公司管理层的关键决策

经验与背景

1.拥有5-8年以上在复杂销售组织中从事销售运营激励薪酬设计商业分析或财务规划的相关经验有全国性或多业务线经验者优先
2.具备成功设计落地并优化大规模销售激励方案以及管理完整销售目标分配周期的实战案例
3.学历背景以商业金融统计学信息技术等相关领域为佳
