Role Summary:

Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong multi-module expertise and hands-on architecture experience.

Required Expertise:

Strong experience in ITSM (Incident Problem Change Request CMDB)

Hands-on in ITOM (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management)

Experience in ITAM (HAM/SAM)

Exposure to SPM/ITBM HRSD CSM SecOps or GRC

CMDB architecture & data governance

Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs MID Server)

Flow Designer IntegrationHub

JavaScript & Glide APIs

Certifications:

CSA

CAD

CIS (Multiple modules preferred)

CTA

Key Responsibilities:

Define ServiceNow architecture & best practices

Lead implementations & upgrades

Design scalable secure enterprise solutions

Review technical designs and guide development teams
