Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative multidisciplinary therapy team in Phoenix Arizona. This role focuses on helping children and adults enhance mobility strength balance and overall functional independence through individualized evidence-based treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations for patients with physical developmental or mobility challenges

Develop and implement customized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength flexibility coordination and functional performance

Support patients recovering from injury surgery or developmental delays

Track patient progress and maintain accurate timely documentation

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and ongoing care strategies

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive treatment
Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
