Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Welder to join a fabrication team in Broken Arrow. The Pipe Welder must be highly skilled in TIG welding and capable of completing full weld processes from root to cap with precision and quality.

This role requires strong teamwork attention to detail and a commitment to a zero-defects manufacturing approach.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Pipe Welder role includes:

Perform TIG welding from root to cap (Weld it Out) with high-quality standards
Communicate with the Fabrication Shop Foreman and Draftsman regarding daily plans and inconsistencies
Follow a zero-defects manufacturing strategy while maintaining production efficiency
Assist in managing raw materials and supplies within the fabrication shop
Monitor material usage and track drops for repurposing
Support staging and storage of raw materials due to limited space
Maintain a clean dry and organized workstation
Assist with assembly and additional shop duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in TIG Pipe Welding
Ability to complete full weld process (Root Fill Cap) independently
Experience working in a fabrication shop environment
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
