Job Summary

As a One Identity Architect you will:

Lead the architecture design and enterprise-wide implementation of One Identity solutions.
Define and drive the strategic roadmap within the One Identity and broader Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) landscape.
Drive major implementation modernization and automation initiatives across identity platforms.
Architect scalable secure and compliant IAM solutions aligned with business and security objectives.
Oversee integrations between One Identity and enterprise systems such as Active Directory HR platforms and business-critical applications.
Establish governance models for provisioning role management access certification and identity lifecycle management.
Operate in a hybrid capacity with approximately 50% strategic/architectural responsibilities and 50% hands-on technical leadership.
Provide technical guidance mentorship and oversight to engineering and support teams.
Ensure platform stability compliance adherence and operational excellence across IAM services.

What you bring to the Table:

Extensive hands-on experience working with One Identity solutions in complex enterprise environments.
Proven track record of architecture and delivering large-scale One Identity implementations.
Deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) including RBAC access certifications and identity lifecycle processes.
Strong understanding of IAM architecture principles security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Experience leading automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Ability to define IAM strategy while remaining technically involved in solution delivery.
Experience providing technical leadership and direction to engineering and support teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical security and executive audiences.

You should possess the ability to:

Define and execute long-term IAM strategy within the One Identity ecosystem.
Translate business and security requirements into scalable and secure identity architectures.
Drive modernization and automation initiatives within identity platforms.
Provide architectural governance and technical oversight across IAM programs.
Lead cross-functional teams through complex implementations and transformations.
Manage multiple strategic priorities while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Clearly communicate IAM concepts to both technical teams and senior leadership.
