JOB LOCATION Green Bay WI

EMPLOYMENT TERM Regular Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 2nd Shift (2:30pm-11pm & 6pm-3:30am) 3rd Shift (10:30pm-7am & 2:30am-11am)

STARTING PAY $22.50 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED Preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 6 Months of Manufacturing Experience

Step into a hands-on role where you can create quality products from start to finish! As a Kettle Operator youll follow precise recipes to craft each batch then take ownership of preparing the equipment for the next one through thorough cleaning and sanitizing. If youre looking for a fresh start in a stable skill-building position this is a great opportunity to grow and learn in a production environment.

Responsibilities

-Follow production schedule and stay on task

-Clean and sanitize equipment after each batch

-Operate various machines and tools

-Package product into containers and maintain quality

Qualifications

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted

-Capable of working alone and/or with a team
