AI Architect Manager

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Were looking for anAI Architect Managerwho Is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise AI ML and Generative AI solutions while leading and developing technical teams.

This role combineshands-on technical leadershipwithpeople management partnering across engineering product platform and business teams to deliver secure scalable and productionready AI capabilities aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape AI architecture and directionby defining scalable AI ML and Generative AI solutions that align with business priorities and enterprise standards.
• Guide solutions from concept to production supporting teams as they move from early exploration through deployment with a focus on reliability performance and longterm maintainability.
• Support and develop engineering teamsthrough coaching technical guidance and clear goal setting helping individuals grow while delivering highquality outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams working closely with product platform security and business partners to translate needs into practical wellaligned technical approaches.
• Strengthen AI delivery foundationsby encouraging consistent MLOps and LLMOps practices including automation monitoring observability and responsible AI principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD model/version management deployment monitoring observability)
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices across the solution lifecycle
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks or tooling (for example: LangChain LlamaIndex LLM APIs)

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience
• 1 years Experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions used in production
• 2 years Experience leading technical projects and supporting team delivery
