TITLE:

Data Engineering Lead

DUTIES:

Direct and lead the design and implementation of scalable data engineering solutions that align with business objectives. Oversee the implementation and management of enterprise data integration solutions and infrastructure. Oversee the development of robust ETL pipelines data transformation frameworks and automation processes while managing cross-system data flows from source systems like SAP and AFO to analytics platforms such as Alteryx Tableau and SQL. Provide technical guidance establish data engineering standards and ensure that data architecture supports organizational decision-making needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements. May telecommute from anywhere in East Coast time zone.

REQUIREMENTS:

Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics Computer Science or a closely related field and 2 years of experience in the position offered or related. Must have 2 years of experience with: SQL Database Management: Administering MS SQL databases optimizing queries and ensuring data integrity for various reporting needs; Tableau Dashboards & Data Stories: Creating highly interactive Tableau stories using data from multiple sources; automation of daily ETL Pipeline data: Developing a fully automated ETL pipeline to extract transform and load data from SAP CRM and AFO into SQL database; SAP GUI scripting: creating SAP GUI scripts to extract data; updating and enhancing custom web applications: ability to manage a web solution using supporting high value project business and improving workflow efficiency; and Tableau Server Administration: managing and maintaining Tableau Server ensuring high availability performance and security for business-critical reporting. M-F 40 hrs/wk. Salary: $109491/year.
