Job Description
ThePCM Senior Specialist Productivityrole inMondelēzorganizational structure is responsible formanaging MEU projects focused on productivity sustainability BCP specification change or quality improvements in our key iconic products.
This role is part of our Bakery category which gives you a unique chance to work with such brands as Oreo Milka Belvita LU 7DaysTUC Chips Ahoy Cadbury etc.
This role interfaces with RD&Q BD Quality Legal Consumer Insights Consumer Marketing Customer Development / Business Planning Finance and all functions within Global Supply Chain (Procurement Artwork Agency Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics) to deliver projects within the specified time cost and quality parameters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project planning: facilitation of the definition of project scopes goals tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements
- Cross-functional project team management; identifying and engaging cross functional representatives forming a team to deliver the project brief
- Monitoring project progressand provide corrective action if necessary.
- Maintainingproject documentation and reportingto communicate clear status of projects key timings issues & risks
- Maintainingquality communicationwith all functions engaged in the project including raising profile of projects through representation of projects at senior forums
- Ensuring that suitablerisk assessment and contingency planningtakes place - to keep the project on track accelerate or stop the project if the business need exists
- Ensuring that project scopes and timing take into consideration minimizing waste(raw pack write-offs) and unwanted complexity (utilizing existing asset platforms SKU proliferation) to the business system
- Ensuring correct Product Labeling Specifications (PLS) handling Artwork process coordination and Co packing handling.
What you need to be successful:
- Project Management experience and knowledge preferable
- Working knowledge of the supply chain and basic supply chain principles is an advantage
- Qualifications degree level or equivalent Project Management qualification an advantage
- FMCG experience is a benefit
- Ability to demonstrate strong meetings management advanced facilitation and communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong initiative to problem solving and framing alternative solutions and driving delivery
- Process oriented ability to monitor measure report
- High level of experience with computer applications such as Word Excel PowerPoint MS Project etc.
- Experience or eagerness to develop in project team management will be a plus
