What you need to know about this position:
Support onPeoplestaffing activities/HR operation related queries and tasks.
Local execution of Global Programs(Training Events Performance Management processes Engagement Survey activation)
Support deliveryof continuous improvement projects relatedtoDigitalization roadmap.
Coordinationand communication of local initiatives(Learning & Development PlanWell Being Diversity & Inclusion agenda)
Support(whenneeded)also plant-related activities.
What extra ingredientswill youbring:
Good planning and organization skills
Proactive and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communicationskills being seen as approachable and able to build strong and trusting relationships at all levels of the organization
Computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Previouswork experience in multinational company in HR function(preferred)
Knowledge of HR databases suchasWorkday (preferred)
Fluent in Italian and English
