Texas Instruments is seeking a dedicated Equipment Technician to join our dynamic this critical role you will be responsible for maintaining repairing and optimizing manufacturing equipment to support our world-class semiconductor operations. Youll work collaboratively with engineering teams across our Global Design Labs to ensure seamless equipment performance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Improve system performance to achieve process requirements and eliminate repetitive downs
- Monitor and analyze all related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all tool related issues
- Coordinate supplier service and repairs where needed
- Prepare the technical report and summary findings and recommending solutions to technical problems
QualificationsMinimum requirements:
- Associates degree in an Electronics-related field Computer Science or Equivalent Military Electronics training
- 1 years experience:
- In-depth familiarity with Teradyne Eagle and Advantest platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronics
- Ability to Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
Preferred qualifications:
- Have a strong desire to learn computer skills.
- Sysadmin Role Skills
- Enterprise Networking - Connecting testers to the network
- Windows System Management
- Linux System Management
- Self-driven with the ability to identify and resolve issues to improve equipment performance
- Pursing continuous learning through self-motivation and self-awareness
- Excellent organizational teaming and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and drive for results as an independent problem solver
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
