Qualifications :

机械类/自动化专业

Mechanical/Automation Engineering Major

有基本的数据统计能力了解python(R语言)编程会使用Minitab tableau/power BI等软件优先

Basic statistical analysis skills familiarity with Python/R programming and experience with Minitab Tableau/Power BI preferred

英语作为日常工作语言

Proficient in English as a working language

熟练MS-office

Skilled in MS Office (Excel/PPT/Word)

熟悉装配工艺技术拧紧防错压接控制

Familiar with assembly processes (fastening error-proofing press control)

有精益生产经验

Experience in lean manufacturing

有项目经验能独立自主解决问题

Project experience with independent problem-solving ability

熟练的问题解决经验8D/PSS

Proficient in problem-solving methodologies (8D/PSS)

对IATF16949 P6熟悉的优先

Knowledge of IATF 16949 (P6) is prefered
