Job Summary

  • Lead independent end-to-end delivery of a project or multiple workstreams including workplans timelines and executive-ready deliverables.
  • Structure ambiguous problems conduct analysis and synthesize insights into clear actionable recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready storylines and materials (e.g. slide decks pre-reads) and present findings to business partners and WSG leaders.
  • Define success metrics/KPIs upfront and track impact through implementation; ensure solutions are sustainable and effectively adopted and transitioned to appropriate business owners.
  • Collaborate across functions and groups (e.g. Insights Marketing Operations) to drive growth and reduce waste
  • Contribute to WSG committees and capability-building.

Travel Required: Occasional travel (up to 20% of the time) to operating locations as needed. May vary by project.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in management consulting corporate strategy operations agriculture CPG finance or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end delivery of a project or multiple workstreams (workplans timelines deliverables)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and translate data into actionable insights
  • Proactive self-starter attitude with a track record of taking initiative anticipating risks and driving work to closure
  • Demonstrable executive presence and strong stakeholder management skills with comfort interacting independently with senior business partners and cross-functional teams
  • Leadership potential with experience coaching/mentoring others and contributing to team culture and capability-building
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including developing executive-ready storylines and presentations and supporting analyses
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required (typically day trips up to 20% of the time)

Pay Range: $110000 - $140000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
