We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This role is focused on daily execution leading the Workshop team coordinating across shifts and ensuring equipment uptime and operational stability.

Core Responsibilities

Lead and develop the workshop team (6 direct reports)
Ensuring delivery against MTTR and equipment availability targets
Coordinate maintenance activities across shifts to ensure continuity and reliable production support
Drive corrective actions and stabilize equipment after breakdowns or technical changes
Ensure standardized work and share best practices across maintenance teams
Lead and support technical improvements and change rollouts (ECR CI initiatives)
Act as the main maintenance interface for Production and support cross-functional cooperation

This position is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

The role of Maintenance department in Packing is to prevent losses that are caused by equipment or system related problems. The ambition is to achieve and sustain optimum availability and operating condition maximum utilization of maintenance resources optimal spare parts inventory and ability to react quickly.

Do you have what it takes

Solid experience in maintenance or a related technical function within a production environment
Proven people leadership experience including both team developmental activities as well as operational coordination
Strong technical background with the ability to support hands-on problem solving
Experience working with Lean tools and driving daily operational improvements
Ability to coordinate maintenance activities across shifts to ensure equipment reliability and production continuity
Strong focus on delivering operational targets (uptime response time efficiency)

Experience working closely with production teams to maintain high performance and stability
