Tasks and Qualifications:

Tasks

• You actively contribute to thedevelopment and scaling of standardized automated intralogistics solutions supporting the growth of a new and strategic business area within KION ITS EMEA

• You support theexecution of the Automation business planin close alignment with Strategy enabling our brandsSTILL and Linde Material Handlingto successfully expand their automation portfolios

• You collaborate crossfunctionally withProduct Management Sales After Sales and Serviceto design and deliverendtoend turnkey customer solutionsacross the entire product lifecycle

• Together with our sister companyDematic you support the development ofintegrated solutions for larger and more complex customer projects leveraging synergies across the KION Group

• You preparebusiness cases calculations and customer proposals and actively participate incustomer presentations and negotiations

• You are involved ininternational customer projects including onsite implementation phases and work closely with regional teams across EMEA to supportsolution design realization and execution

• You are part of international customer projects (including realization and execution of sold -on-site projects) and cooperate regularly with regional teams across Europe (EMEA) and assist in the design of customer solutions using our automatized Intralogistics components

Requirements

• You hold amasters degree in Business Administration Engineering Logistics or a comparable field ideally complemented by first practical experience inBusiness Development Consulting or a commercial/technical role

• You communicate confidently inEnglish and Germanand are comfortable working with international stakeholders

• You demonstratestrong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a handson solutionoriented mindset

• You are highly motivated to takeearly responsibilityand proactively drive topics in a dynamic growthoriented environment

• You have already gainedinternational experienceand are enthusiastic about alonger international assignmentas part of the program

• You are ateam player with strong communication skills a high level of initiative and the ambition to achieve measurable results
