* 天津市政策深度研判负责独立深度地追踪研究解读天津市与国家联采办的核心政策与改革动向如医保医疗服务项目/耗材目录支付方式改革DRG/DIP集中带量采购价格管理等并系统分析其对公司业务与战略的潜在影响形成前瞻性的内部分析报告与决策建议
* 天津市政策沟通与关系维护作为公司代表直接负责建立并维护与天津市业务主管部门的高效专业沟通渠道准确传达公司立场有效推动解决关键政策议题
* 准入策略制定与推动基于对政策的深刻理解协同各业务单元BU主导制定公司在业务负责区域的市场准入核心策略与具体行动方案并积极协调内部资源独立推动关键策略的落地与执行对结果负责
* 外部生态洞察与合作主动开拓并管理与天津市行业协会智库及专家的合作关系通过外部合作获取深度信息与前瞻洞察塑造有利于公司的政策讨论环境提升公司的行业影响力
* 内部赋能与协同向相关协作部门提供精准及时的政策培训解读与风险预警提升组织的整体政策应对能力作为政策枢纽高效协同跨部门工作确保信息与策略的顺畅对接
