Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to Abbvies code of conduct
- Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
- Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
- Capable of training others on tasks.
- Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
- Fully proficient in their core function performing advanced level tasks
- Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
- Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
- Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
- Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (I/O sensors actuators communication faults) to minimize downtime
- Calibrate and verify field instrumentation (proximity sensors photoeyes encoders pressure/temperature transmitters)
- Document work in CMMS (e.g. Maximo) including failure codes corrective actions and parts usage
Qualifications :
- HS diploma with 10 yrs. Experience or Relevant Certificate with 5 yrs. experience or Associates technical degree with 3 yrs. Experience or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
- CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
- Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools diagnostic tools predictive tools)
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
