  • O2O渠道战略制定根据品牌发展战略制定并优化O2O渠道生意战略包括线上平台和线下门店整合提升品牌在各渠道的覆盖率和市场份额
  • 市场分析与洞察进行深入的市场趋势竞争对手分析消费者行为研究为品牌提供有价值的见解和战略建议支持全年/季度选品建议和TA洞察
  • 营销活动策划与执行与跨职能团队紧密合作将营销整合到公司的全面营销日程中建立互补的技能和杠杆提高资源投资效率线上转化率
  • 业务分析和KPI监控制定O2O全年和阶段性生意驱动重点KPI闭环追踪KPI达成率帮助区域一起提升KPI表现驱动生意增长
  • 与跨部门同事合作处理与战略制定在线ND/TDP扩展和活动设计执行和审查为了最大限度地提高MDLZ核心品牌的曝光率和消费者教育与内容团队合作以更高的效率处理运营内容

岗位要求

  • 本科及以上学历5年以上知名快消品公司销售经验
  • 3年以上贸易营销经验有O2O经验者优先
  • 较强的业务计划和沟通能力
  • 能够管理多个不同的利益相关者
  • 学习能力强;自我激励;结果驱动的
  • 良好的数据分析和表达能力
