JobTitle:Restaurant Server

Department:Legacy Hotel

Position Summary:Responsible for creating a positive dining experience for guests by delivering exceptional customer serviceaccurateorder execution and attentive table service in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests and fellow team members

Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS/ordering system

Communicate food allergies dietary restrictions and special requests clearly to kitchen staff

Ensure all dishes are prepared presented and delivered according to quality and presentation standards

Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Assistfellow team members as needed to support a seamless and high-quality guest experience

Follow proper cash handling and payment procedures in compliance with company policies

Execute room service delivery as assigned ensuringtimelyandaccurateservice

Perform cleaning and side work tomaintaina clean organized and inviting dining environment

Handle guest concerns and service challenges in a friendly professional and solution-oriented manner

Maintain effective communication and teamwork with hotel staff and other departments

Protect confidential guest and proprietary informationin accordance withcompany policies

Performadditionalduties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hotel or restaurant environment

Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest interaction

General knowledge of restaurant service standards etiquette and flow of service

Experience with Micros Symphony POS preferred

TIPS and/orServSafecertificationrequiredprior to working

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems

Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Ability to liftcarrymovepushand pull equipment or boxes up to 40lbs

Ability to standand walkfor duration of shift

Frequent lifting and carrying trays of food and drinks
