Job Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team in Johannesburg South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting waste materials to designated locations in a safe and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently transport waste materials to designated locations - Ensure all waste materials are properly loaded and secured on the vehicle - Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating the vehicle - Conduct daily pre and post-trip inspections of the vehicle - Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups - Communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate routes and schedules - Assist with loading and unloading of waste materials when necessary - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain a positive company image - Follow company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid drivers license with a clean driving record - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver - Knowledge of traffic and safety regulations - Ability to operate various types of vehicles including trucks and vans - Good communication and customer service skills - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Familiarity with the Johannesburg area is a plus Working Conditions: - This is a full-time permanent position - Work schedule may vary and may include weekends and evenings - Must be able to work in various weather conditions - Will require some physical labor and lifting Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health insurance - Retirement plan - Paid time off - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company If you are a reliable and experienced driver with a strong commitment to safety and customer service we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Msuez Uk.
