Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international company in Porto.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are customer-oriented and passionate about delivering high-quality service in an inbound customer care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Document and update customer interactions in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

Requirements:

Fluent Polish
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work on-site in Porto
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
