Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor you will serve as the main point of contact for customers supporting them through phone email and live chat. Your objective will be to provide prompt accurate information and ensure a smooth positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Channel Support: Deliver professional assistance via phone email and chat
Problem Solving: Respond to product and service inquiries resolve issues and manage account-related requests
Customer Engagement: Clearly communicate solutions and ensure customers feel valued and understood
Accurate Documentation: Record all interactions and resolutions correctly in internal systems
Escalation Management: Recognize complex or sensitive matters and escalate them appropriately
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Performance Goals: Meet established KPIs quality standards and response-time objectives
Ongoing Learning: Stay up to date with product updates policies and best practices to consistently deliver exceptional support

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
Experience: 01 year in customer support or a related role
Skills: Strong communication analytical and problem-solving abilities
Mindset: Eager to learn adaptable and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment
