Dutch Speaking Customer Support Agent Porto (Hybrid) Accommodation Support
Porto Portugal (Hybrid Model)
Start Date: 9 April 2026
24/7 Rotative Shifts Monday to Sunday
(2 rotating days off Night shift only occasionally required)

Your Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone email and chat
- Assist with product-related and technical inquiries
- Provide clear and empathetic communication
- Ensure high-quality service aligned with healthcare standards
- Work within a structured 24/7 rotating schedule
Who Were Looking For
- Dutch fluent or native (mandatory) English C1 level
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotation
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Salary & Benefits
1100 gross per month (paid 14 months)
150 attendance bonus (11 months)
Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day

For candidates relocating within Portugal: Shared accommodation provided (up to 12 months details discussed during interview)
