Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig and Makati as a QA Underwriting Officer.

In this role you will conduct quality assurance reviews of auto loan accounts ensuring compliance with bank and regulatory policies through thorough credit evaluation investigation and escalation of deviations. You will identify process risks implement quality controls and monitor audit issue resolution to safeguard profitability operational integrity and customer trust.

What the role will entail

• Conduct quality assurance validation on auto loans credit evaluation to ensure compliance with credit and regulatory policies
• Review QA findings and ensure timely closure or regularization of identified issues
• Escalate high-risk issues to the Team Head and recommend appropriate actions
• Prepare and support risk management and compliance requirements for the Auto Loans Underwriting Division
• Recommend policy updates process improvements and system enhancements to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence
• Validate and monitor internal and external audit requirements and follow through on committed action plans

What were looking for

• Holder of a Bachelors degree
• At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Business and Quality Control with working knowledge of Credit Underwriting and Risk Management
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical with a high level of dependability
• Customer-focused adaptable proactive and creative in problem-solving
