Your role
You will be responsible for working with young people aged 11-25 on a 1-2-1 or group basis providing valuable life skills.
As a Delivery Practitioner you will work alongside other members of staff and on a one-to-one basis to provide intensive outreach work and onsite provision to students on role with complex emotional and behavioural challenges that stop them engaging and progressing. You will liaise with other staff family and the child themselves to gain an understanding of how best to work and engage with them during delivery. The main objective of the role will be to break down the barriers to students engagement in their provision and support their navigation through the provision.

You must have a full clean driving licence with business insurance and own transport.
