Job Summary
HRSI is looking for Audit Consultant for one of its leading client.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify export documentation accurately including bills of lading commercial invoices export licenses and packing lists.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and dispatch of export shipments.
- Ensure compliance with international import-export regulations and customs requirements to minimize shipment delays.
- Maintain accurate records of export documentation and shipment details for easy retrieval and auditing purposes.
- Assist in managing inventory related to export orders to guarantee availability and timely dispatch of products.
- Communicate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to resolve any documentation issues promptly.
- Support the export process by tracking shipments and updating relevant departments on shipment status and progress.
- Monitor and update knowledge of changes in export regulations and documentation procedures to maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales warehouse and finance to support export operations efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in export documentation handling to increase accuracy and reduce lead times.
