Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of flights at the airport. Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures as well as providing excellent customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers and assist them with check-in procedures - Handle baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and cancellations - Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a smooth and timely departure - Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings - Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure a seamless operation - Follow all safety and security procedures as per company and airport regulations - Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Requirements: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work irregular hours including nights weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is an asset - Must be fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus - No previous experience required training will be provided Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health insurance - Employee discounts on travel - Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the company If you are a team player with a passion for customer service and a desire to work in the aviation industry we would love to hear from you!
