What Youll Do

• Proactively source identify and attract top sales talent through research networking and outreachincluding cold calls and phone screens.
• Recruit licensed agents using a variety of channels and resources.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Combined Insurances value proposition effectively communicating our strengths to candidates from all backgrounds.
• Stay ahead of industry trends key players and competitors to inform your recruiting strategies.
• Execute sourcing strategies using databases social media and networking platforms.
• Represent Combined Insurance at career fairs and regional events.
• Facilitate the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and ensure alignment with our needs.
• Maintain accurate data and oversee recruiting reports providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
• Share results insights and best practices in team meetings.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree (preferred)
• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in insurance or financial services
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting and meeting targets
• Expertise in sourcing techniques
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence in cold calling networking and public speaking
• Creative problem-solving and a self-motivated results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within your region
